Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Uphold and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring every visit to Cenizo is outstanding.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, train, and inspire employees to meet performance goals while fostering a positive work environment. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Excellence: Handle scheduling, oversee preventative maintenance, and resolve any operational or employee issues to keep the business running smoothly.
Community Engagement: Manage social media accounts, plan outreach activities, and drive community engagement to strengthen Cenizo's connection with its customers.
Sales & Growth: Implement strategies to drive sales, uphold quality standards, and communicate needs or concerns to ownership.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
Quarterly bonus: Calculated off individual and store location performance
Insurance Stipend: $200/month
Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick pay.
